Here is how it works:  As a parent or Guardian:        You fill out our "I Need A Nanny form".         We keep you in the loop based on your preference        Once we get your preferred Nanny/babysitter we interview them on your behalf and link        them up with you        Once you hire or indicate the Nanny/Babysitter of choice         You pay a token of consultancy/service  As a Nanny/Babysitter         You fill out the form "I want to be a Nanny/babbysitter"  at no fee charged         We link you up with family that match you profile         You negotiate your price except indicated on your form We give priority to graduate wanting this as temporary job to babysit and tutor and also students.
